My passion for sleep science emerged from personal struggle. For years, I experienced the frustration of craving rest yet being unable to achieve it. This led to cascading effects: mood fluctuations, diminished mental health, persistent fatigue, disrupted metabolism, and compromised physical performance. These challenges informed my approach and deepened my empathy for those experiencing similar struggles. The statistics are clear: a significant percentage of adults suffer from sleep-related issues, with consequences that extend far beyond morning fatigue. Having successfully rebuilt my relationship with sleep and overall wellness, I've dedicated my professional life to guiding others through this transformative process.
While my primary certification comes from the International Parenting and Health Institute with a focus on sleep optimization, my coaching extends far beyond bedtime routines. I am a nationally accredited health coach through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaches (NBHWC), and I bring a diverse background in digestive wellness and women’s hormonal health, offering specialized support for those navigating peri- and post-menopause.
