Whether you are wanting to sleep more soundly, work on digestive concerns or improve your overall well-being, I am well equipped to guide and support you to where you want to be.
Individual health coaching creates lasting results by:
Your Wellness Journey
Health transformations require consistent guidance and support. Single sessions rarely create lasting change, which is why I focus on comprehensive packages that:
Our first session will be about 90 minutes because I will be diving deep into you health history and taking my time getting to know you, your concerns and your lifestyle. After that, sessions will last about 60 minutes. As you see progress with your health and sleep goals, it may be possible to split sessions into 30-minute increments but this would depend on your needs and preferences.
Health and sleep coaching is a partnership. I’ll be very upfront about the fact that this journey — and your success — requires your active commitment. I’ll be right beside you every step of the way, offering guidance, tools, and support.
My approach is holistic, meaning we’ll take a close look at your entire lifestyle and how each habit or behavior impacts the others. While I cannot guarantee specific outcomes (since so much depends on individual effort and circumstances), I can promise that no stone will be left unturned.
And if, by the end of our agreed coaching package, you haven’t experienced any meaningful improvements in your health, wellness, or sleep, I’ll gladly offer you an additional 30-minute session, free of charge.
While I’m equipped to support most challenges related to sleep and general wellness, there may be times when it’s in your best interest to bring in additional care. Whether that’s blood work, diagnostic testing, or specialized medical guidance, I’ll work with you to identify what’s needed and help connect you with the right resources.
I’m proud to partner with Balanced Body Medicine, a Functional and Integrative Medicine practice serving clients in Washington, Oregon, and New Mexico. Together, we can ensure you receive comprehensive, well-rounded care.
